How to Participate
Hey there, thanks for visiting.
To participate in the content, visit using a large screen device (desktop computer or a laptop).
Jillian Sampsen designed this mural named ‘Where’s The Wildcat‘ as more than something to pass by. The intention is interaction. The mural is filled with illustrated characters based on real local residents, neighbors, friends, and familiar faces you may recognize from around town. Jillian’s goal with this project is to celebrate community, spark conversation, and invite people to slow down, look closely, and enjoy the shared experience of discovering themselves and others within the artwork.
This site exists to turn that mural into a playful challenge. By studying the artwork and matching characters to their real names, participants can compete for one of ten cash prizes, all while engaging with a piece of public art made especially for this community.
By inviting the community to actively search, guess, and participate, the mural becomes a living project rather than a static image. This website is the second half of that plan—giving everyone a chance to engage on their own time, from their phone or computer, and take part in the game fairly.
